Libert Lucidonio Obituary : With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Libert Lucidonio, affectionately known as “Jimmy,” at the age of 86, on Friday, March 15, 2024, in Aston, PA.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Jimmy was a proud graduate of Upper Darby High School. He dedicated many years of his life as a skilled butcher at Pathmark, where he served his community with dedication and pride.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth H. Lucidonio, and his parents, Libert and Antoinette Lucidonio.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Denise Sands (John) and Louise Monroe, as well as his brother, Anthony “Tony” Lucidonio. Jimmy also leaves behind grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
A Graveside Service will be held privately at Media Cemetery, where Jimmy will be laid to rest alongside his beloved wife, Ruth.
In remembrance of Jimmy’s life and legacy, contributions can be made by planting a tree in his honor through our Tribute Store.
Jimmy will be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering work ethic, and dedication to his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory continue to inspire and uplift those who were touched by his life.
