Warren Kellogg obituary: Warren Kellogg, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the age of 74, surrounded by his loved ones in Hannibal. Born on May 13, 1949, in Oswego, Warren was the son of the late Stanley and Estella Adeline (Cooper) Kellogg.
Warren’s life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family, his service to his country, and his passion for motorcycles and vehicles. Proudly serving his country in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1972, Warren embodied the values of honor, duty, and sacrifice.
One of Warren’s greatest joys in life was working on motorcycles and vehicles alongside his son and his son’s friends. Whether tinkering in the garage or hitting the open road, Warren found solace and camaraderie in these shared experiences. He took great pride in raising his children, biological or not, and was affectionately known as “Dad” and “Grandpa” by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Warren was preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Kellogg, his brother Leonard Kellogg, brothers-in-law Gary, Harv, and “Sparky,” and his beloved granddaughter, Maddie. He is survived by his daughter, Kristine (Darin Lamica) Kellogg, grandchildren Dakota Kellogg and Alyssa Kellogg, siblings Lyle (Rosemary) Kellogg, Janet Lehtonen, Linda Holmes, and Floy Nostrant, as well as the Phillips Girls, Dan, Dustin, Steve, Eric, and many other family members and close friends.
A celebration of Warren’s life will be held at the American Legion in Hannibal later in the summer, where friends and loved ones will come together to honor his memory, share stories, and celebrate the impact he had on all who knew him. In Warren’s memory, let us cherish the time we shared, the laughter we enjoyed, and the love he so freely gave. Though he may be gone, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
