Mark Phillips Obituary: Unexpectedly on the 7th of March 2024, at the age of 45, the world bid farewell to Mark Phillips, a beloved husband, father, son, and cherished member of the community. Late of Kurri Kurri and formerly of Minto, Mark’s passing has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him.
He was the beloved husband of Nelly, a loving father to Henri, and a devoted son to Colin and Diane. Mark’s warmth and kindness extended to his extended family, as he was a cherished son-in-law to Bev and Bill, and a beloved grandson to Ruby.
Among his siblings, he was a dear brother and brother-in-law to David and Lara, Melissa, and Jenny, and a cherished uncle to Tim, Adam, Tahli, and Tenille. Mark held a special place in the hearts of his relatives, as well as within the Purdon, Mason, and Phillips families.
Mark’s life will be celebrated and remembered by all whose lives he touched. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service, which will be held in The Chapel of C.R. Smyth & Son, 311 New England Hwy, Rutherford on Friday, the 22nd of March 2024, at 1 pm.
In the wake of his unexpected departure, Mark leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and deeply missed.
