Shaunda Bizzell, Chesterfield, Car Accident, Daniel Anderson charged murder

Shaunda Bizzell Chesterfield, A driver is charged with second-degree murder after he hit a couple taking an evening stroll Monday, killing the wife.

Derek Bizzell said it was the first time his wife, 42-year-old Shaunda Bizzell, joined him on his evening walk.

As the couple started their second loop around the neighborhood, they saw a car veer from the middle of the street toward them.

According to the Chesterfield police, their preliminary investigation indicates Anderson intentionally drove his car into the Bizzells.

Anderson was detained at the scene. He now faces several charges including second-degree murder.
