Christian Floyd & Braylin McDowell Death, Mother 28, & Son 1, died

Christian Floyd & Braylin McDowell Death: Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard revealed on Sunday night that a tragic incident occurred in northern Horry County,

resulting in the loss of a mother and her toddler due to smoke inhalation after a fire engulfed their residence.

The victims were identified as Christian Floyd, aged 28, and her 1-year-old son Braylin McDowell.

The devastating blaze occurred at 3604 Burroughs Road, situated just outside of Aynor.

Horry County Fire Rescue officials reported that both the home and a vehicle were completely destroyed in the fire.
