A Celebration of Life service in honor of Ms. Elouise Scott will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Bethlehem A.M.E. Church, located at 11193 150th Street, McAlpin, Florida 32062.

A public visitation for Ms. Scott will precede the service from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024, also at Bethlehem A.M.E. Church.

An Irish woman has tragically lost her life following an alleged knife attack at a bar in the borough of Queens, New York City, on Saturday evening.

Emergency services responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress at the bar, located on Grand Avenue, around 6:34 p.m.

Both victims were promptly transported to Elmhurst Hospital, initially listed in critical condition. Unfortunately, the woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead by hospital staff. The man’s age, identity, and condition have not been disclosed at this time.
