Students Road Accident: Tragedy struck Chavakali Boys High School as one of its students lost his life in a devastating road accident on the Kisumu-Kakamega Highway.
The incident occurred on Monday night, claiming the life of the student on the spot. Subsequently, the victim’s remains were transported to the Jaramogi Teaching and Referral Mortuary.
In the wake of the accident, injured students have been swiftly rushed to nearby hospitals for urgent medical attention.
Nyanza Regional Traffic Commander, Allan Mwangi, disclosed that law enforcement officers are actively engaged in assessing the situation.
They are currently visiting hospitals in the vicinity to determine the precise number of casualties.

Our officers are at the accident scene, with additional teams dispatched to various medical facilities to ascertain the exact count of injured students. Regrettably, we can confirm the loss of one student.
