On Sunday, March 31 2024, at 10:54 p.m., Richmond police officers responded to a reported shooting at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Front Street.
Upon arrival, officers found the teenage boy lying unresponsive in the road, having sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
