2 People death: Tragedy unfolded in Canal Winchester on Monday as a multi-vehicle crash claimed the lives of two individuals and left two others with serious injuries.
The collision occurred at approximately 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Gender Road and West Waterloo Street, as reported by the Columbus Division of Fire.
Emergency responders swiftly arrived at the scene, but sadly, two individuals were pronounced dead shortly after 7 p.m.
Two additional victims, gravely injured in the crash, were rushed to Grant Medical Center and Mount Carmel East Hospital for urgent medical attention.
The community mourns the loss of those who perished and sends thoughts of strength and healing to those fighting for recovery.
