Child killed: Tragedy struck in Kentucky as a 5-year-old lost their life in an ATV accident on Saturday, as reported by Kentucky State Police.
The incident unfolded with a 911 call placed at 11 a.m., prompting Kentucky State Police to respond to a single-vehicle accident.
According to the ongoing investigation, a 19-year-old was operating the ATV with the 5-year-old as a passenger.
Regrettably, the child was ejected from the vehicle during the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
